All other shipping excluded from flat shipping will defined by UPS system based on amount of purchased, weight and dimension of the box.

All shipping rate will be applied according to the TIER amount shipped and discount will be applied according to ordered TIER amount.

Example: If you ordered $500 of amount and shipped just $450, shipping will be $43.00 and discount is

$25.00 according to initial order amount.


Our minimum order will be set to $100.00 from March 04 2020.

What is your return policy?

(1) Pre-authorization is required for all items to be returned.
(2) ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS are accepted after 15 days upon receipt of goods.
(3) 20% restocking fee will be charged for ALL RETURNED GOODS.
(4) Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise
(5) All items returned for credit must be in its original packaging with all parts included.
(6) UNAUTHORIZED Returns would NOT be eligible for credits or exchanges.
(7) Any other concerns not covered by this policy must be addressed to CUSTOMER SERVICE 469-701-0505

Will I be charged for return shipping? 

Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances.

Is the original shipping refundable? 

Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances. However, if we are reshipping defective items, shipping is FREE for domestic orders. For International orders, a credit will be given.

How do I make an exchange?

There are no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned will be replaced for the same item. If the item is no longer available, a credit will be given for the amount in question as soon as we have received and checked the defective item.

International Order Policy

We are not able to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Jo berry will NOT be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.

If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur: (1) The customer refuses to accept the package. (2) No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. Jo berry Accessories reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
